The Pride Best Facility Awards Competition 2025 on 16th December at Hotel Hyatt, Pune, drawing 300+ representatives and developers in a grand celebration of labour welfare excellence. The awards honoured developers committed to providing safe, hygienic, dignified, and inclusive living environments for construction workers across categories including Safety, Health & Hygiene, Skill Development, Women Workers' Welfare, Crèche Facilities, and BOCW Registration, with Gold, Silver, and the newly introduced Most Promising Debutant Award. The ceremony was graced by distinguished dignitaries including Chief Guest Shri Vinoy Kumar Choubey, IPS, Police Commissioner, Pimpri-Chinchwad, alongside senior industry and government leaders, in the presence of CREDAI Pune's President, Vice Presidents, and Labour Welfare Committee members. Across three project categories and seven special awards, notable winners included VTP Realty, Rohan Builders, Naiknavare Developers, SJ Contracts, Purple Corp, and several other leading developers.
