It is a proud privilege and an honour to serve CREDAI Pune, an esteemed body of over 420 Member Developers from Pune, PCMC, and PMRDA. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all members for placing their trust in me to lead this dynamic and impactful association.

CREDAI-Pune has always stood for Excellence, Ethics, Innovation, Customer Satisfaction and the Collective growth of our Real Estate Community. As I take on this responsibility, I am conscious of the legacy built by my predecessors and fully committed to taking it forward with integrity, inclusivity and a progressive mindset.

Our Vision : 2025–2027

Our industry is witnessing rapid transformation — driven by evolving regulations, growing customer expectations, sustainability imperatives and disruption due to advancing technologies. In this evolving landscape, CREDAI-Pune shall strive to assert core values of Professionalism, Innovation & Change, Growth, Collaboration and supporting our members besides serving as a proactive partner to government and society.

Our Key Result Areas (KRAs) and priorities for this term shall focus on :-

• Branding Pune as India’s most livable and investment destination.
• Promoting Sustainable Development and the green building movement.
• Fomenting an effective MahaRERA Conciliation and Dispute Resolution Forum for timely and amicable redressal.
• Encouraging adoption of new technologies, modern materials and digital tools to administer change, enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Strengthening Skill development through CREDAI Kushal and expanding our trained workforce.
• Fostering Safety and Labour Welfare as core values at construction sites.
• Empowering Young leaders and increasing member participation for inclusive growth.
• Engaging with Authorities for progressive policy advocacy and ease of doing business.

As we move ahead, I firmly believe that collaboration will be our greatest strength. Together, we can meet every challenge, seize every opportunity, and shape a resilient, future-ready real estate ecosystem.
