Awards instituted by CREDAI Pune to recognize the efforts taken by developers to maintain the Safety Culture and Environment at Workplace.

CREDAI-Pune has introduced the "Safety Award Competition 2023-2026," a pioneering initiative in the construction industry. This competition aims to recognize organizations committed to maintaining a safe work environment, encouraging innovative safety practices, and fostering a strong safety culture. The Safety Award Ceremony washeld on Friday, 27th Oct, 2023 at Hotel Grand Shereton, Pune. There was overwhelming response and 260 plus members/representatives attended the award ceremony.

Dignitaries like Shri. Ajit Gulabchan ji, Chairman and Managing Director, Hindustan Construction Company, Shri. Sandeep Karnik, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police, Shri. Jitubhai Thakkar, Chairman Thakkers Developers Ltd and Director NSDC, Shri. Suhas Jangle, Founder and Director, S.J.ContractsPvt.Ltd , Shri. Ranjit Naiknavare, President, CREDAI-Pune, Shri. Ashwin Trimal, Secretary of CREDAI Pune, Shri. J P Shroff, Chairman KUSHAL and Member of the Managing Committee, Mrs. Sapna Rathi, Convener, Shri. Milind Talathi, Shri. Parag Patil, Co-Convenor, Labour Welfare Committee and others were also present at the event.

The ‘Safety Awards’ were divided into three categories based on the Sq.Ft built up area respectively, and were honored in the form of a trophy, certificate, and cash. The Gold Award  was bagged by Bhandari Associates for 43 Privet Drive Project in Category I i.e. upto 1 lakh sq.ft, Malpani Estate received Gold Award for M Falcon Project  and Pride Builders LLP received Silver Award  for Pride Atlantic Project in Category II i.e. 1 to 5 lakhs sq.ft, The Gold Award in Category III i.e.above 5 lakh sq.ft was shared by S.J.ContractsPvt. Ltd for their Edge 10 , The Central Park Runwal and ANP Corp Universe Projects while Pride Purple Infrastructure received Silver Award for Park Titan Project.

Special Category Awards were also presented on the occasion.

Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd received Zero Accident Award for Gera’s Planet of Joy Project,B.G.ShirkeConst.Tech. Pvt. Ltd received Validation of Tools and Machines Award for MHADA , Tathwade Project,Pegasus Properties Pvt. Ltd received Best Safety Officers Award for Megapolis –Serenity Project, Goel Ganga Group received Best Safety Site Management Award for Ganga Asmi Project, Rohan Builders & Developers received Safety Training Award for Rohan Anand Project.

Construction Quality Rating Agency(CQRA) was the expert Jury panel for “Safety Award Competition 2023”
