CREDAI-Pune undertook a special initiative of holding free Health Check-up Camp for staff of its members. The camp according to CREDAI- Pune will be helpful for the well-being of the staff working in offices of developers and will also help create awareness on health in Pune.

The association held its first inaugural health camp jointly with Diagnopein Diagnostics at the corporate office of Kumar Properties for over 150 of its staff members on 23rd Oct, 2019  who underwent tests for BMI, sugar, complete blood count, and other physical examination and health assessment inspection. The said scheme will be implemented for the benefit of staff of all 450 plus members.

 
Besides that, CREDAI- Pune also organized other Labour Welfare activities under the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act for the labourers.

 
Dignitaries including Manish Jain, Director and Vice President, CREDAI-Pune, J.P. Shroff, Chairman, Kushal and Labour Welfare Committee, Praful Kothari, Founder Director Diagnopein, Ashok Palesha, Hitesh Jain, Director Kumar Properties, Yogesh Bhongale, Labour Welfare Committee Member, D.K. Abhyankar, Director General , U.K. Julka, General Manager,Samir Parkhi, Admin and Labour Welfare Officer, CREDAI-Pune, Sudhakar Joshi, General Manager, HR, Kumar Properties were present at the occasion.
