In response to the appeal made by Hon’ble District Collector Mr. Saurabh Rao and Hon’ble Guardian Minister Mr. Girish Bapat, Members of CREDAI-Pune Metro came forward to donate water tanks for the purpose of storing water supplied by water tankers in the areas where there was scarcity of water because of drought.

The water supplied by tankers was used for drinking purpose by the citizens and as well as for tame animals. Total 15 water tankers of 5000 ltrs each were given on 16-05-2016. 

The locations of the water tanks donated were spread over the Pune District and at the remote places, where water tanker goes once in a week to supply drinking water.
