CREDAI-Pune organized a workshop for its members on “UNDERSTANDING LATEST HAPPENINGS IN REAL ESTATE SECTOR WITH GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES” on 21st Nov, 2014 at Modern College of Engineering Auditorium, Shivajinagar. Over 250 members and their staff attended the same. Chief Guest for the workshop was Shri N.B. Wadekar, Chief Engineer MSEDCL and the Guests of Honour were Shri Ratnadip Hendre, Dy. Commissioner of Labour & Shri Sambhaji Kakade, Assistant Commissioner of Labour. Various speakers educated the audience on various topics.

Mr. Shravan Agarwal made presentation on BOCW Act, 1996, Mr. Sambhaji Kakade spoke on Benefits and Threats of  BOCW Act Provisions, Mr. Ratnadip Hendre gave General Overview on BOCW Act, 1996, Mr. Hemant Naiknavare, President CREDAI-Pune addressed the members, lastly, Mr. N.B.Wadekar and Mr. Sanjay Deshpande spoke on issues related to MSEB. Members asked curious questions which were satisfying answered by the speakers.
