Credai Pune Women’s Wing Members visited Nanded City, Pune on 22nd April 2017. Shri Satish Magar, CMD of Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Co. Ltd and Mr. Ishaan Magar were present for this event. A small film was shown to the members about the Nanded City project explaining unique features of the project. Planning, execution and the challenges faced during completion of the project followed by a site visit.
Mr. Satish Magar addressed the committee members and advised women to take active part in the real estate business as there are many aspects of the business which can be handled by the women very efficiently. Marketing, designing, planning, accounting, H.R. are the departments where the softness and inbuilt managerial capacity of the women can be beneficial to the business.
The site visit ended with felicitation by Ms. Darshana Parmar Jain to Mr. Satish Magar, Shri. Ishaan Magar and to all the present members of CREDAI Women’s Wing.
