CREDAI Pune conducted a tour to Dubai in the month of November of 2022 and the entire new younger generation of Developers saw the progress and thought behind the design which can be seen only in Dubai. All the sessions and Visits were chosen and designed to cater to and provoke thought and discussion for implementation in our business. The Committee felt the focus should be given to areas of TOD, Construction Technology, Architecture and Engineering, Futuristic Living Technology, and Thought behind Design Philosophy. In addition, the Member-to-Member Interaction should be maximized so that the Developers would interact maximum and gain from their Experiences.

Site Visits:
Sobha Hartland, an 8 million sq. ft. waterfront community of luxurious apartments, beautiful villas and high-end townhouses located in MB City. The S Tower sample apartment, S Tower is a 751-ft luxury residential building in Al Sufouh district. Sobha Material museum, the museum showcases step-by-step process of building a home with the exact material and cross sections.

Site Visitto :
•    Emaar is the largest developer in the world in terms of units sold and with a sale of USD 9 Billion this year alone. 
•    Emaar is also developing a new downtown at Dubai Creek which is also going to be called as Dubai Downtown 2.0 with the proposed tallest building in the world “The Dubai Creek Tower” with a height of 1,300 m which is more than 50% taller than the BurjKhalifa.

The Architectural walking tour was arranged with Ar. Richard Wagner & Ar. Dominic Wanders. The architect showcased DIFC & Downtown Dubai. The focus was on commercial towers, lobbies of new up-coming buildings. Some of the most interesting things that we saw were mixed-use buildings, One Zabeel (Largest cantilever), The Palm Jumerah, Royal Atlantis Hotel, Bluewaters Island.

Visits & Sessions :
The delegation got to visit the various show villas and the sales lounge for an experience of DAMAC Properties. DAMAC also showcased their famous AYKON City, Safa One & Two sites.

The entire delegation was hosted for a GALA Dinner at The Mint Leaf, one of the finest restaurants in Dubai.
