The Study Tour Committee did an excellent job, each day was planned efficiently with minute detailing. Lots of learning like: a) Vendors exhibiting their sample units/Bunglows in a single park to facilitate their customers and ready to customise as per their requirements. b) Developers having to ensure that their buildings are neighborhood friendly and City Council to approve the same. c) Most of the new buildings to still have to maintain the old heritage while designing. d) Energy efficient buildings trying to attain Zero carbon stage. e) Wood composite buildings to reduce carbon footprint And Many More…..Lastly the visit to the Mercedes Museum was amazing, I would have really missed a lot if not joined the tour.

The CIBF tour was meticulously planned down to the last detail by Punit, Monish, Ishan, Siddharth, Hiren and Rajesh sir, which made learning on the trip so much more enjoyable. Our tour gave us a unique opportunity to access landmark projects and speak to their designers and engineers first hand, which would otherwise be impossible as an individual. The content was very inspiring and helped me gain insights into high quality design and execution, smart buildings, different construction technologies, environmental performance of buildings, retrofitted buildings, mixed use towers, high rise construction, evolved building permits so on and so forth. Spending time and learning from senior developers, making new friends and having engaging peer discussions were also some personal highlights for me. Sincerely grateful for all the efforts that were taken by the team! I will cherish this experience and hope to implement as much of the learning as possible to future business strategies.

Dear friends, I was a part of the study tour to Germany organised by our study tour committee. It was an extremely well planned and executed tour given that we had 75-80 members. The content was very well curated There was equal focus on architectural design, construction techniques, innovation and emerging smart building technologies. Constant interaction of senior developers with youth developers was a fruitful way to get answers to so many nagging questions that trouble us each day.
