Knight Frank India’s half-yearly India Real Estate report says that the Pune market saw the sharpest rise in rentals in the office space with rentals going up by 54% since 2012.

Rentals has been going up steadily since 2013. Vacancy levels in the Pune city office space has also fallen to a historic low of 9.3% as on June 2016 compared to 15% vacancy level a year ago. With office space market appreciating in both rentals and capital value, lot of investors have moved away from residential space to office space, Shantanu Mazumder, director, Pune, Knight Frank India said.
