Workshop on decoding of FAQS & ROD of UDCPR 2020 was jointly organised by CREDAI-Maharashtra and CREDAI-Pune on 18th Dec., 2021 at CREDAI-Pune Auditorium.

The workshop was inaugurated at the hands of Principal Secretary Mr. Bhushan ji Gagrani from Urban Development Department on zoom. Mr. Satish Magar, the Chairman, CREDAI National was the Chief Guest of the event.Mr. N. R Shende Director Town planning & Jt. Secretary of Government of Maharashtra and Mr. AvinashPatil, Director Town Planning and valuation Pune addressed the members and explained them the critical provisions of the UDCPR. The workshop was organised on zoom for the benefit of members of CREDAI-Maharashtra across the State. CREDAI-Pune arranged the meeting at CREDAI-Pune auditorium. There was overwhelming attendance to the workshop.
