The Area Specific Property Exhibition was organised to promote the properties area wise i.e. East and West. Area Specific Property Exhibitions were helpful for customers, who are planning to invest at specific area. Being Area Specific limited numbers of stalls were made available to keep the property exhibition short and sweet. 

During the Financial Year 2015-16 Property Exhibition for west side of the city was organised at Hotel VITS, Balewadi, Pune during 17 and 18th Oct. 2015. It was held for  2 Days, so that prospective customers can visit the sites and finalise their decisions. Most of the participants made an arrangement for site visits at the exhibition. The projects displayed are majorly from Pune West side, including  Pimpri, Chinchwad, Dehu Road, Baner, Hinjewadi, Rawet, Sus Road, etc.

The Property Exhibition was well supported by members of the CREDAI-Pune. 67 Members participated and displayed their projects. 6 Home Finance Institutions/Banks participated in the Property Exhibition. Total No of stalls were 84.

Exhibition Committee had very aggressive Media Budget amounting to Rs. 1.50 Crs (Pune East and Pune West together). The media budget was planned in such a way so that Association could be reached to the maximum number of prospective customers. Various marketing tools namely - Print Advertisements, Digital Marketing (SMS, Email, What's App, Video, etc.) were used for the same.

The Property Exhibition was inaugurated at the hands - Hon'ble Mr. Mahesh Zagade, CEO, PMRDA. Mr. Mahesh Zagade appreciated the efforts taken by CREDAI-Pune and wished best of luck to for their participation. Mr. Mahesh Zagade visited the stalls and interacted with the Participants.

The response received from the prospect customers was overwhelming, around 2500 customers visited the Property Exhibition. 

Exhibition Directory was published on the occasion and was distributed to visitors at the Registration Exhibition Directory contents the project details of all the participants.
