- Participation & Scale The expo drew 25,000+ visitors, with 85 developers and 1,500+ channel partners participating — making it the biggest and most impactful edition to date. Over 100 CREDAI developers were physically present, giving homebuyers a rare opportunity to interact directly with decision-makers.
- Theme : Unity in Realty A defining highlight was the symbolic human chain formed by developers and channel partners — a powerful statement of industry solidarity. This unity reflects Pune's stature as India's No.1 housing market in 2025, with 81,000+ homes sold and transactions exceeding ?63,000 crores. Pune also holds the highest number of RERA-registered projects and agents in the country.
- D2C 3.0 — Industry Conclave A Day before the expo, D2C 3.0 — India's largest developer–channel partner networking platform — brought together 1,200+ channel partners for discussions on buyer behaviour, AI-led sales strategies, and market trends. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Mr. Ravi Varma, with eight more channel partners honoured across categories.
- Knowledge & Innovation Expert sessions by industry leaders provided forward-looking insights on the future of real estate. CREDAI Pune also previewed CREDAIBILITY — an upcoming AI-powered property search platform aimed at simplifying discovery and enhancing buyer confidence.
- Best Stall Awards 16 developers were recognised at the Best Stall Awards Night across categories including Best Sustainable Design, Most Innovative Concept, Best Tech Integration, and Most Luxurious Stall, among others.
