CREDAI Pune Property Expo 2025 — Event Summary
The 23rd Annual CREDAI Pune Property Expo, held from 16th–19th January 2025 at Agriculture College Grounds, Pune, concluded as a landmark success, setting a new benchmark for real estate exhibitions in the region.
- Participation & Reach The expo welcomed 18,000+ visitors, generating over 8,500 unique leads. All exhibition space was sold out, with 57 developers and 7 housing finance institutions participating. The event was inaugurated by Shri Murlidhar Mohol, Minister of State for Civil Aviation & Co-operation, Govt. of India.
- Venue & Infrastructure Held across a 70,000 sq. ft. German hanger, the world-class venue featured a conference hall, VIP lounge, food court, and full Wi-Fi coverage — delivering an international expo experience.
- Technology & Innovation The expo introduced an advanced CRM for real-time lead tracking, a dedicated Developers App & Dashboard, and a Channel Partner App downloaded by 1,100+ partners. Paperless registration and eco-friendly operations reflected a strong commitment to sustainability.
- Engagement & Knowledge Over 850 channel partners attended the Partner Meet. Expert seminars covered redevelopment, sustainability, and buyer awareness. Developer podcasts garnered millions of views online, while the Pune City Film was viewed by over 5 million people across social media.
- Recognition 15 exhibitors were honoured at the Best Stall Awards Night. Special recognitions were given to sponsors, vendors, and committee members for their contributions.
- Impact 80% of visitors rated the exhibition "excellent," comparing it favourably with international expos. Developers reported high-quality leads and on-the-spot sales inquiries. The expo reinforced CREDAI Pune's standing as the most influential real estate platform in the city.
