CREDAI-Pune had organized its 22 Mega th th property Exhibition held for 3.5 days from 4 to 7 April 2024 at the Agricultural Grounds. The event was witnessed with a footfall of approx. 7500 persons during the Exhibition.

Around 60 developers (2134 sq.mtr) with 1000 projects registered under Pune Region and 10 HFIs namely Aditya Birla Home Finance, Canara Bank, Axis Bank Ltd, LIC of India, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, SBI, GIC Housing Finance Limited, Asset Financial Consultant Pvt. Ltd and IDBI participated in the exhibition. In the exhibition few amenities like Food court, Kids Zone, Open lawn with entertainment and seminar hall etc. was provided.

For the visitors, we have distributed steel Water bottle after they visit the stall. There was a lucky draw for the registered visitors and on the third day the winner was given one electronic two wheelers. The IGBC Pune chapter in association with CREDAI Pune had presented the Sustainable Stall Award, which was given to The Gen Construction.

For Media Coverage - Mr Omi Vaidya was hired as an influencer (Video) for the event and also mounting the hoardings all over Pune City. Also for the promotion we have post the reels on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. The creatives displayed on billboards are attached.

In this year CREDAI- Pune has organised the CP Meet- The D2C (Developers to Channel Partners) conclave was first of its kind initiative for providing a platform to bring together Developers and Channel Partners to facilitate suppor t, complimenting each other for promotion in the Real estate industry and develop closer and better ties besides marketing and sales. Unveiling the power of D2C 2024, the PROP SRO initiative played a crucial role in shaping urban landscapes and providing housing solutions to people. A total of 700 CPs registered for the event.

Inauguration of “Pune Property Expo :- The nd 22 Mega property Expo, was inaugurated on 5 April 2024 at the hands of Prof Dr Suresh Gosavi, Vice Chancellor, Savitribai Phule Pune University, in the presence of Mr. Suhas Patwardhan, President Housing Federation, Mr Pramod Khairnar Patil, President CREDAI Maharashtra, Mr Ajay Sachdeva, Head Maharashtra, Axis Bank , Mr Ajay Davray, National Head, Axis Bank and Mrs. Aparna Jogalekar Zonal Manager Bank of Maharashtra and Mr Ranjit Naiknavare, President CREDAI Pune,

Satsang Synergy - The Satsang consists of 7 organisations which works for the sustainable development in the country. 

Volunteers - This year we had appointed 19 students as a volunteers from the college Audyogik Shikshan Mandal (ASM) to support and execute the Exhibition assist smoothly. After exhibition CREDAI- Pune had given a certificate of appreciation for their support. Three Volunteers were awarded for their good performance and they were (i) Mr Vijay Sutar, (ii) Ms Tisha Sirsat and (iii) Ms Rohini Saptale...

Best Stall Awards - The Best stalls in terms of st layout and mass appeal were awarded. 1 prize Rohan Builders And Developers Pvt. Ltd, 2 rd Prize- Garve Developments, 3 Prize- Ceratec Construction

Lucky draw - On the last day, under a lucky draw, Winner from amongst the visitors got an electric vehicle and the lucky draw won by Ms. Vrushali Railkar
