CREDAI-Pune Metro had organized its 21st Mega Property Exhibition on 16,17 and 18th Sept. 2022 at Agriculture College Ground. Around 60 developers with 1000 projects covering entire Pune regions and 16 bankers/HFIs have participated. The facility of Food court, kids zone, entertainment and valet parking was provided for visitors. 

For online registration, on their visit to the exhibition an umbrella was given. There was a lucky draw for all the registered visitors every day and the winner was given one electronic two wheelers. The total footfall was around 10000.

The IGBC Pune chapter in association with CREDAI Pune had presented the Sustainable Stall Award, in an effort to promote sustainability during the exhibition, to which entry was free.

The total response to the exhibition was very encouraging
