Labor Welfare Activities undertaken in the month of September 2023

TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIAL AND SAFETY MOVEMENT IN THE INTEREST OF LABOUR FORCE AT CONSTRUCTION SITES IN PUNE THROUGH BEST FACILITY AND SAFETY AWARD COMPETITION INITIATED BY CREDAI PUNE METRO - ONE OF ITS KIND

CREDAI-Pune Metro through Labour Welfare Committee has done formal Inauguration of Best Facility and Safety Award Competition through Presentation Screening Sessions on Wednesday, 6th September, 2023 at CREDAI-Pune Metro Ofice.

Mr. Ranjit Naiknavare, President, CREDAI-Pune Metro, Mr. Ashwin Trimal, Secretary, Mrs. Sapna Rathi, Convener, Mr. Milind Talathi, Co- Convener, Mr. Parag Patil, Co-convener, Dr.D.K.Abhyankar, Director General and other members along with the expert panel of Jury Members from PCERF and CQRA were present for this event.

The enthusiasm and support we have received for both competitions have been truly remarkable as we have received entries from 150 plus member developers.

CREDAI-Pune Metro is committed for the welfare and well-being of labours, as Labor being the backbone of the industry. This is the step towards their well-being, upgradation of their social life, aspiration growth which will change the outlook of the industry as well as the society.

CREDAI-Pune Metro, through its dedicated Labour Welfare Committee, has been tirelessly working towards recognizing and promoting best practices at Labour Camps in the industry. Year after year, we have observed the outstanding facilities in real estate with our Best Facility Award Competition.

In response to the ever-evolving landscape of our industry, we have introduced the Safety Award Competition 2023 and it is the irst of its kind in the Indian Real Estate Sector. Safety is a non-negotiable aspect of any thriving community, and our dedication to ensuring the wellbeing of both our workforce and residents has prompted this innovative addition.

CREDAI-Pune Metro Best Facility Award 2023, Site-visit lag off done . Total 36 visits in 5 days to be assessed by Jury Partner PCERF. Mr.Suhas Merchant, Past President, Mrs. Sapna Rathi, Convener, Labour Welfare Committee, Mr. Milind Talathi, Mr.Parag Patil, Co-conveners , Labour Welfare Committee, Dr. D.K.Abhyankar, Director General, CREDAI-Pune Metro, Jury Members from PCERF and other members were present for this event.
